I am ashish gupta sent an important envelop through speed post with tracking code -eu906813965in booked on 01/11/2011 for bangalore from post office gaura jamon 227807 sultanpur (now csm nagar) up. But it did not reach the destination yet. When i tracked the code on internet i came to know that it came back and delivered to sunil k pathak in a village named sambhai. I went the village and met the man and came to know that my tracking code and his tracking were same. His envelop was containing a form for any jab that came to him in return. Is is possible to be same code for two posts. In tracking it shows mostly movement of my envelop and partially but in the end it shows the other one's envelop movement. It is an important paper and due to delay of that i am losing in business.

My relative from bahrain send me a parcel from post office,but when my father receive it and come back home we open it there is nothing in the parcel,there are only waste books and cloths in the parcel just to increase parcel weight, when we go to post office no one co-operate us and treat us bad, now a days we do not trust even on govt. , plz help us, the cost of parcel is of rs.20000 , it includes dry fruits,branded cloths,branded shoes,creams,toys.

But there is nothing in the parcel , plz help us in getting our things back
