Sub:- lodging of complaint of non delivery of consignment- regd
Sir,
I, Dr.P.Suresh, wants to lodge a complaint against DTDC courier services for non delivering the consignment. My father who is aged above 85 personnaly gone to DTDC merchantile franchise of DTDC at Anandbagh,Hyderabad,AP state and booked a consignment of 24th of this month to deliver at my office address at Jaipur. Today is 29th of October and even after elapsing of 5 complete days the said consignment has not been delivered to me and on contacting the local branch people over phone after getting their phone nos from web surfing no body is attended the phone calls. Even on contacting the branches at Hyderabad the resposnse is we have forwarded the consignment and it reached Delhi on 26th and our work is over you has to find out at local offices this is the resposnse I got from them. this consignment is very importnat document and the approach of this DTDC service is highly diplorable and it has caused severe mental agony and a heavy loss as the consignment has not delivered to me till today. no body either at Jaipur or at Hyderabad are badared or eevn answered me pproperly.
I therefore request you sir to direct them to deliver my consignment at once . I also further request you to take stringent measures slapping hefty penalities instead pass the orders to close down their all offices all over. since they are unfit to do services to consumers. the people who can;t address the public greviences and can;t serve to thier interests should not be allowed as they lost credibilities.
I also request you to order them to pay the demarages and penality for the mentakl agony i had faced all these days
