Hi,
Me KK Haldar like to register a complaint against discount express online shopping that i had ordered a product called dhan laxmi yantra on 19.12.2011 which cost Rs1495 through online payment.
Firstly they told me that cash on delivery is not available on my address and then urged me to use credit card method or online payment method and told me the delivery would surely reached to my address on wednesday 21.12.2011 but it wont reached yet and they are not picking phone also both discount express or first flight courier services one. My consignment No. is D10520567 and the first flight tracker is full of irregularities.
Please help me !
