i m kshamendra shrama ,I booked a consignment from Jaipur (Raj.) 06, july,2010 for ashoknagar (M.P.) by First flight couriers.I have mation all the correct infor mation on the consignment for consigneer and consignee person but as today it was not deliver on location.when i want to know about my consignment status the consignment show pending status,
I jst think that some region may be to undeliver courier then i contact the jaipur office of first flight then he told me that consignment has mising route, and he gave me the no. of their Hub Of M.P. Bhopal. Office ,then i again contact to Mr. Kapoor at bhopal they told me tht courier has been deliver on today from bhopal for Guna(M.P.) and they gave me the no of Mr. santosh of guna office when i want to contact mr.santosh for my consignment for ashoknagar he jst replied that wer have no branch in ashok nagar so consignment cann't be deliver if it will be reached and he told me taht u Must be collect from Guna office my consignment,then i contact to their head office Indore to Ms.Riti Trivedi (Astt.Mngr,)Indore-First Flight.She told me taht no proper reply other wise do some mis behavior Talk with me regarding my consignment.
and holding my call every time more and more time to cheak the status whenever i told her taht it shoe the pending but she don't want to do taht ,she said she is responsible not for the consinment deliver,
I just want to know that to first flight courier that if they don't Have any Branch in Ashoknagar Then why they Accept My Consignment,
I Am realy very mentely Firsted,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,So please do some action for first flight,I have imporment document in the consignment.which must be deliver on before 11 july 2010.
I want to register a complaint against the firstflight courier for the irresponsibility and mentely ferstation and finentitaly ferstation.and time waste of me.
I am giving all infromation of contact person who give the wrong informayion or resposible for that.
