I had delivered a packet from Sector-21C, Faridabad to Patna (Bihar) through professional couriers network Ltd vide Consignment No. as DEL9851130 on 01 Sep. 2010 which they promised me to send by 3rd September but till date the letter is not delivered at the destination place. When we complained after confirmation that the letter is not delivered by 14th of Sep. with his agent, they gave me the complaind no as 2212.
After this complain the letter is not delivered at the destination place. The web site printed of the recipt is seems to be wrong. Each time when I use to open the same it gives a message as "This page can not be opened. The server is not found."

There are a letter for activate my account in Punjab National Bank, Patna Branch which is getting locked due to not operating since one year. It is very urgent.

Now i want to take a legal action against this company. I will surely drag this company in court.
