Dear sir/madam

I have booked 2 parcels with madhur courier from Bhopal to bastar and bhopal to jagdalpur. on 4/10/2011
they promised me to deliver the percales in 3 to 4 days but the percales are not deliverd till now. and the service providers are not picking up calls and not giving any response regarding my quires. if some one picks up the call he gives another number to contact and again no body picks up the call on any number.
