Dear Sir,
With great hope I am writting this to you that you definitly will take action against the culprits.
The dielma begine with that I have given an importent packet to the skylark courier service in KARAMPURA,NEW DELHI Branch on 08/07/10 and to be delivered to New Mehrauli Road,New Delhi-16.
It contains importent examination form and a DD worth Rs3200/ which was supposed to get delivered on 09/07/2010 as the 10/07/10 was the last date for receiving the examination forms.
Sir, when I enquired on 10/07/10 to the addressee they said it had not been recieved.I rush to courier office and ask why it has not been delived as it ia only a local delivery,they did not respond and said me to wait for a day.On monday 12/07/10 again i enquired to the addressee but nothing had reached to them.
I asked courier guys ,they enquired and said that it had been reached to our Ghaziabad office as the sendor address is from Ghaziabad. I said why it has gone to ghaziabad if i am as a sendor mention the clear address of New mehrauli road,New Delhi.
Anyway on 11/07/10 I said those guys that if it has gone to Ghaziabad,please deliver it to my (sendor address) as there is no use to redirect it to New Delhi.They agreed but Sir today on 14/07/10 also they did not deliver the post.I runso many time to their office ,called so many times over phone I lost my complete one year of professional education ,deposite extra charges for DD cancelation,So much of mental harrasment,embaressment sir I really suffered a lot but they did not deliver the letter till now.
Sir,
Please I request you that do something for those guy and things which even can not be compensated will be taken as a regards to me by giving them some punishment.

Dear Sir

We sent parcel through TNT on dated 4/7/2010 but till now 17/7/2010 parcel did't take place. As per your customer care officer parcel misrouted but how long TNT need time to deliver that misrouted parcel.No one bother about customer loss as there are large order behind that parcel due to delay in delivery customer going to cancel that order.We feel that we had done big mistake using TNT express servise which ubable to deliver packet after 15days.Even there officer says on 16/7/2010 packet should be reach by today give me half an hour but no one revert after our communication.

I feel that TNT provid us worst services.

As there officer does't bother customer's loss due to delay in delivery.As i am working as buying agent and packet for new customer.

We have to bear big loss due ton TNT.So much of mental harrasment, embarrassment sir I really suffered a lot but they did not deliver the parcel till now.

Please do something for such big company who believe that no one can take action if they didn't complete there job with in given time.
