I would like to register my dissatisfaction with New Kerala Roadways as they had booked my household consignment from Delhi to Quilon Kerala and had promised delivery within 5-6 days as I had booked through their express delivery service. But to my utter dissapointment the consignment came on the 8th day. Although there was no damage to my household goods except minor scratch on my almirah, I had to cancel my return flight to Delhi due to the 3 day delay at their end. I have suffered a loss of 6000/- rupees for cancelling my return ticket. Please advice how can i claim my money back from them
