Dear Sir,
I had sent one pkg from Ludhiana to Kolkata thru ON DOT Couriers & Cargo Ltd vide their consignment note number 154521801 dated 29.07.10 but till date(10.08.10) this parcel has not been delivered to the concerned party. I have been regularly calling and following up with the courier service but there is no satisfactory response from their end, here in ludhina the local office dont answer the phones and most of the time the phone is switch off , i have repeatedly tried to call the customer care in Delhi but they as well dont respond most of the time they keep the call on hold ( i have been kept on hold for 20minutes and more) for long time and then in frustration one disconnects the phone, i have even tried calling to Kolkatta but the person says i will call you back and never calls back.
This parcel was sent by me to my son who is studying in Kolkatta on his birthday but the whole purpose of this gift is now dfeated, I request you to please register my complaint against On Dot couriers for mental harrasment and advise me how i have to proceed on this.

When I track it onlinbe the status is that it has reachde Dehra Dun on th 12th of November but to my utmost bisbelief it has noit been delivered to my address till the close of business on the 17th of November.Is this the type of service that qualifies for to be called On Dot.
It is really shameful that in the present times when everyone is trying to give good service On Dot has shown it cares the least. Besides all the telephone lines are unaccessible because they are wrong or otherwise.
I would suggest that the management should loook into the matter immediately and do something psotive about it, else it will die its own death.

Try Home - excellent service that I've used many times. You can even deliver at their address and have it delivered at you own home address at a specific date and time 24x7! Love it.

Dear Sir,
one of my colleague had sent one pkt. from Ramnagar(Uttranchal) to Faridabad (HR.) thru GMS EXPRESS COURIER vide their consignment note number 102603599 dated 30.11.10 but till date(09.12.10) this Pkt.has not been delivered to me. I have received a Call from their branch of Faridabad
from Mr. Mishra, He told me to collect the courier from their office, when i told them that i can not come
to you due to my office timings, He replied me that its ok than we will try to send this to you, but till
date i have not received the same. When I called at their Delhi Branch they are saying that your area
is not covered in our Limits, Question is, If they can not delivered the parcel to the concern person than
why they don't tell it clearly to the customer while sending the parcel.
another question is if they can not deliver than why they telling a lie to the customer.

Apart this when I tried to track my courier it is showing forwarded to final destination. another question
is that what does it mean when i have not received the same.

I request you to please register my complaint against GMS Express Courier for mental harrasment and advise me how i have to proceed on this.

I hope that you will take an action against this courier Service.

my name is mayank and one of my friend send me 9 gifts by ondot courier in a single pack . and my care takers received that from their agent bt as i opened the courier i got shocked as i see that the inner gift pack was tore and there were only 2 gifts out of 9 in that . and on the complaint to ondot courier manager by customer care they didnt took any action and cut my complaint call.. so i want to sue the courier company in consumer forum court . plz take affective steps as soon as possible . because it was related to my emotional feelings .
