Hi,

A courier was sent for me from Chandigarh on 19th Aug 2010 through TRACKON COURIERS. As per website of Trackon Courier, it reached the Gurgaon distributor on 20th Aug, 1101 Hrs. Still I have not received same.The Courier packet contained a Rakhi for me, which if not delivered before 24th Aug, would be useless. It is not the value of content I am worried about, but the sentimental values attached with it.
On enquiring with the local distributor Kajal International (Surender Soni - 9818076856), it has already been delivered ..... !!!
For the last two days I have been trying to ascertain, where the courier packet is. . with no help whatsoever available from the courier agency.
There are not Customer care contact numbers or mail id's on their website. Everytime, I try to contact at Trackon Office, teh interacting person gives one further contact number, but no Customer Care or Complaint number.
Somebody pls help.
