I send speed post on dated-08/01/2011 from head post office mahbubnagar-509001 to laxmisagar post office darbhanga bihar-846009 speed post no-en428043466in but till date it is not dellivered.i am very suffering this activities.

I am sadev gandhi sent an envelop through EMS speed post with tracking code EJ107129781IN booked on 02/02/2012 for vadodra from mesra post office, post was deliverd but my gift which was sent is stolen and not recieved.

i send an international courier to Canada through EMS speed post at 6/2/2012 from Mulamthuruthy Eranakulam and it reach at Mumbai at 8/2/2012. But it is not moved from there since one week due to some anonymous reasons. The tracking number of the item is EL352697293IN. i would like to complaint about this unpleasant service provided by Indian postal service. Please inform me what is the next possible step for forcing the postal department to provide the service properly.
