With due respect I like to mention that a parcel was sent from UK through Royal Mail Service on 14.07.11 to my residential address in India. the reference no of this mail is RJ782970935GB. But still now I did not get the article delivered to my hand. Although every time when I am tracking through IPS web tracking service (IPS Web Tracking/Item Tracking) it is showing that the mail has reached India (Delhi) on 20.7.2011. On that same day it has been sent to the domestic location. But to my surprise still now I did not get it, althogh the parcel is badly needed by me.
