I was sent a pin mailer from Kotak Mahindra Bank on 23rd August 2010 vide AWB 455963355. It says on Overnite Express' site and also got a mail from them that it has ben delivered to A. Banerjee on 26th August 2010. This seriously jeopardises my financial security.
They are refusing to take any complaint for the matter.

I have sent following items to my daughter Ms. reenie Yadav who is in Hyderabad by consignment no. 301932582.through overnite courrier.
1. Reebock watch costing Rs.2600
2. two tops
3. one short
Out of these items reebock was missing. Relevant paper in respect of ths watch was also sent along with this. I have made several complaints in this regard on 30th sept., 2010 and after this date in customer care but no action has yet been taken in this regard. I have wastes 100 of calls in ths matter. It is requested that the officer concerned should take urgent action in ths regard and I shall be compensated for this watch immediately . The cost of the watch has already mentioned. I have also sent one complaint to Shri Gyanesh vide speed post (SPED 994723089IN) on 5.10.2010 in this regard. Shri Hemant and Shri Gyanesh have not taken any action so far in the matter. Now they are not pickinf up the phone for telling me the status of my.Strict action should be against these persons.
