Angry Overnite deliverd Imp. material in worng address after that no giving proper reply
I booked one parcel on 23rd Aug'10 from Mumbai , Boriwali (west) doc. no. 20537301 to Mumbai to Rudrapur and that parcel is very important. I checked with taracking report and as per web report parcel delivered to wrong address after puted correct address on box and AWB they have done mistake.

Today morning i tried to find out how i will get return my parcel but no one replying to me but Ms. Padma who working in Overnite Mumbai RO office, she konws every thing after that she is also not replying and this small type curier company all are froud they just cheating to cusotmer...

I need soluation asap.'

Govind, after going through the post i feel like you should try calling the toll free customer care no. to get a sloution for it as soon as possible. I am sure you will rid of the problems in no time.
