Overnite Express has lost my PAN Card (Ref. Airway Bill No. 0455942720). Their website shows delivered on 30/7/2010 but no such packet has been delivered to me. They have either lost the packet or wrongly delivered it. I have sent them several e-mails and maid umpteen phone calls since 15 days, almost daily, but I have not got any response. Each time I am told by Ms. Ruchi that someone will give you a call.

The no. of Overnite Express is difficult to reach (011-26782218 to 22). The reps. refuse to give their office address or Supervisor's name. I was even contemplating lodging an FIR.

I have even complained to the PAN issuing authorities/NSDL - but I still do not know where my PAN Card is/when will it be delivered to me ????????
