Have used "OVERNITE EXPRESS LIMITED"services for the rakhi courier from Indore to Ahmedabad via docket no.592678331 on 18th August 2010 and on the envelope cleary indiacted as "RAKHI"......Now,till date i.e.25th August 2010,the courier has not reached the destination and the all the respected positioned persons are not able to find out the reason.....Can,i get an answer why the same has not happened on time as the courier time was committed within 48 hours but today is 8th day of the courier,still not reached and the total festival of Rakhi just got bad because of poor services.....Requested to need resolution at the earliest else i need all the expenses back for the courier....

I want to abuse this guy(Courier Guy) but that will be unconstitutional. He does not deserve to be in Market. He didn't Call me even and mentioned that my address is Incomplete.

I Corrier a parcel on 10-09-2010 from Moga to Surrey (Canada) containing some Readymade garmentsto wish my son on his Happiest Birthday which was on 17-09-2010.It was send by Overnite Express Ltd. No.200260023 on 10-09-2010.Your Moga office assuared me to delivery the parcel before 17-09-2010 but they failed to do so. After enquiry them for several times they did not give me the proper reply and today they mis behaved me and said that you can do what you want and donot come here again.First I had been ashamed from my son and daughter-in-law after I had been misbehaved by your Moga office. I had paid Rs.3300/- for this corrier and amount of the garments in the parcel is 7797/-+ Ashamed and misbehaved charges is depend on your judgement
So I request you to solve the case within 7 days after receiving this mail otherwise I have no alternative expect going to the consumer court,in that condition all the liabillities lies upon you.

A consignment was dispatched through Overnite Express Limited on 12th October,2010 from Delhi to Haridwar with docket No: 702355074. But till yesterday eod (19th Oct,10) we have not received the same at Haridwar ABB office.This is a very casual & unprofessional approach from your end.Can you please look into the matter & get it sorted out quickly.
