My name is Anoop kumar. One consignment(calibration certifcate) was booked in overnite courier from Fluid control research institute palakkad, kerala. to my company Advanced calibration &validation services, #1/36, 1st floor, 31st cross 4th T block jayanagar, Bangalore-41 on 14 the february 2011.It was supposed to reach us with in two days time. We collected the details from the sender and contacted the overnite courier office in JC road we got areply that it is delivered.When we chked in the website it is mentioned that the consignment reached in banglore and delivery status not available.Then we asked the delivery details but they didnt have and informed us that it is not delivered. Finally 28th feb 2011 we got reply that it is misplaced.They did nothing to trace the item.After that( 28.02.2011) they have updated the net that the consignment with same docket no is delivered on 16.02.2011.
