Hi,
I recently shifted to noida from pune. i contracted a packers movers company in pune to deliver my bike.they got my bike delivered but they have not given the original papers pertaing to it like my RC book. When i contactedthis company the properieter told me that by mistake they have forgot to keep the paper in the bike and they will couriering it to me in noida..after a week or today i contacted the guy to ask about my papers he said he doesnt have it..i told him that ok i will register a complaint on you and that was when the problem started, the guy constantly cancelled my phone and when he picked up he was rude to me. now i seriously want to take an action against him...and i dont want to go through ways which are not into the system...but i want to teach him customer service...so i am logging this call to u...if u can, kindly help....
