I had booked a pkt on behalf of 'Abhinandan Cargo' from Delhi to Ludhiana through Madhur Courier Services vide consignment note # 83852395 dtd. 01.01.2011 but till today 19.02.2011, my pkt has not been delivered to the consignee. I was continuously calling to Madhur's delhi office (Rajendra Place), but here Mr. Parkash (Incharge) was not attending my calls and avoiding to answer me. last week, he picked up my phone and confirmed me that my pkt is lost. They dont know anything about the pkt and you may contact to ludhiana office.

After trying to ludhiana office(Mr. Mukesh and Mr. Himanshu), they too confirmed that they also dont know where's the pkt. Then I tried to register my complaint against Rajendra Place office at Madhur's Delhi H.O., where Mr. Montu was also not taking it seriously and ignored my complaint. Packet was containing some sample cards for the order.

I request you to please register my complaint against Madhur Courier Services and asked them to refund the courier charges (they have charged). Also compensate the cost of our sample cards
