I would like to inform poor service of PAFEX Courier,

we have the consignment no: 770022667691 from manesar to pune, they dispatched on 05.12.11,as per courier its reaches to me 07.12.11.

But delhi people hold the consignment there upto 15 days one is called up and intimated, First i contacted PUNE office, i think ph 020 60604639 is not working there, i tried along the day but no response(not lifting) i continuously calling to PUNE no one responded,

After i called Delhi main office on 011 60604639 one lady received my complaint with my ph no, but there is no reply from there.


Next day i called to same no 011 60604639 one gentle man lift the call his name Mr Manoj, he hold the call for 15 mins,then disconnected, again i called to same person, he was very rude and irrespective behavior with customer, i asked for his manager about my consignment
he transferred to call to his manager, that gentle man Mr Rajiv, about 20 mins i hold the call, he was so busy with talking another calls but customer is not important to them.

HE was also same response try to escape from me and giving alternate ph nos, but hes not cares my complaint, the problem is octroi charges has to pay shipper they are failed to convey my message, after my great efforts they delivered my consignment on 27.12.11.

They taken 22 days time to deliver one consignment, Mr Rajiv was worst response to customers, hes not resolving the problems, overall i had bad service from PAFEX,

I refer to all don't use this courier in future (you can take my example)
