Dear Sir ,
I am posted in city of Sangli as a lect in medical college. For all the luggage and bike to transport to new city from Mumbai , i ordered to patel packers and movers who took full payment(receipt was given) on the spot in Mumbai plus paper charges(of which no receipt was given). Agreement was that they will deliver the packages to me at the reciever's address on the day decided. Now its almost 3 days past the decided date and they have not given me the same and neither they are responding to my telephone call or mobile calls, neither they are telling what's the exact problem is and when will i be getting it. The bike and luggage costs around 1 lac Rs.
