with reference to the service of "perfect cargo packers and movers" service i had sent a bike to be transported from mumbai to trivandram through their service.
my bike was picked up by your people on 21th of dec 2011 and supposed to be delivered in trivandram within 5 to 7 days,whereas its been 17 days now and no response and no whereabouts of my bike.
i have spoken to their agent innumerous number of time but no response.
pls acknowledge as soon as possible otherwise my insurance is expiring in january 20 th and if i dont get delivery of my bike i will file a police report for the same and will have to take the matter with consumer's court.

I was a great fool even after reading I used CROSS Cargo packers and movers.It was a very painful and a had a great loss as they stole a lot of things while shifting the goods.PLEASE GUYS NEVER EVER USE THEIR SERVICES.
