Dear Sir,

On 21st November'11 I have requested the savings bank staff of the Post office that I want to purchase a KVP of Rs.10,000.00 INR, he give me a form. I filled up and submit the form with the money, he handed over me a certificate of Rs.10,000.00. After returning home in the evening after my busy schedule I have found that the certificate is of a NSC. Next day that is on 22 nd Nov'11 I rushed to the post office staff and he admitted that he did a mistake but refuse to change the certificate and told me to accept it because he could not change it in the system. Now I do not want to purchase the NSC because it holds/fridge my money for 6 yrs.
