I want to lodge a complaint againstt Professional couriers. I had booked a courier from Pune to Jalandhar on 12th of august at 7 PM(consignment no-SSD 855043) and they promised to deliver within 4days but till today i am not getting any information about that. Even their customer care representatives at Pune office were not showing any concern about that. Their customer care representative(02065217522/65102934) don't have any courtesy to recieve the phone calls.I also tried Sachin(7709607171).But to my shock and surprize he didnt recieve my calls.I also send them mails without any reply.

I Had send a courier From Mumbai (Ghatkopar) to jalandhar on 9th sept, 10 but till today 21st sept, 10 it has not reached to my client, it was promised to deliver within 2 days but yet it has not delivered. I called the professional courier in mumbai they had given me number to call upon i called there again they gave me the another to call i then to called upon that number but i am not getting any response yet i dont know what is happening with the professional courier i am very dissatisfied with your service.i will stop the payment of professional courier if by today my consignment will not reach to my client really.you people r responsible for that.My consignment no- 191851540 to jalandhar pls let me know my mail id amritas@eduriser.com or my contact no- 022-61149200

I'm Rajasekaran.In Palani Tamil Nadu I'm booked one courier on 16-09-10 To Erode That BOD No., is 0548496 .That Courier is still now not received the conses party. It is very import cover .

That Palani Branch People they don't know to read the small small letters.It is the mail problem .It was took 6 days after booked the cover,But still now they have idea where the cover is now

It must need to us .It have important bills & other details are there.So take quick action to this issue
