Hi,

I had sent a courier from kamothe(navi-mumbai) to goregaon(mumbai) on 9-1-2012,i was told that the courier will be delivered in next 2 or 3 days,but after two day days when i called the courier they are saying that the parcel is dispatch to bhiwandi when i asked the reason they told me that you have mentioned the bhiwandi address which is wrong because i had the receipt with me with the To address mentioned on it, apart from that they are not properly answering and not ready to sent it back as i asked them to send it back to me so i can deliver through some other courier because of the urgency.Kindly help me out to get my courier back as it have some important papers.

Had a very terrible experience with professional couriers. My courier was delivered to someone else. They don't even worry to call once before delivering the courier to check or confirm the customer's identity. When i called to check, they were shouting on me. When they were told that their complaint will b given to consumer court then also didn't seem to apologise and told that they are not scared and i should go for it.
