Dear Sir/Mam,

I had ordered some material from Stex Sports , Mumbai through Professional courier .
The consignment number for the courier is KUR222410282.
This material was picked on 25/6/10 ( Friday) , but till date i am i waiting for the material.
It is almost a week since the material was picked but till date i have not received the material.

Sir,
I am a professional residing in Sector-25, Panchkula, Haryana.

I get regular couriers from across the state and New Delhi.

The couriers are delivered to me only once a week.

On enquiring the delivery boy informs me that couriers are delivered in this particular sector only once a week.

I wsh to enquire whether this is a policy decision of the company or the local delivery boys are taking decision on their own.

Kindly inform me at the earliest.

I am facing problem due to Professional Courier,
I have given one consignment to send to Bangalore , consignment number is 109193528.
I have logged a complain with their customer care number and complain number is 869.
The matter is escalated to their manager also Jose, who also has not given any reply to me.
