They have confirmed that it should be delivered on 18th june . As per the tel comm. with nasik customer care the consignment not not yet reached at nasik branch .
Today morning onwards i am trying to followup the same morning i spoke with their Chennai Manager mr.jawahar (9382325551/'04427165231/'04427162987 ) he told me that he will call back but after that he simply switched off his mob & also other land phones they are not picking up the same & called to Mumbai Customer Care (02240258300 4.00 PM) some one picked the phone& i given the docket no . she hold the line few minitues & Simply cut & after that i tried three times on the same moment but no response

We thought that professional courier should provide at least 75% service , if they are making fooolish their ultimate dealer they should suffer , first give proper training to their staff's , pls don't play with consignment
