Courier# NDA 1116101 was sent to Chandigarh on 12/08/2010.(Thursday) Till date it hsnt reached the address. On checking the status on their website it states that the courier is in transit to Hyderabad. Its been a full one week and i dont know what to do. I called up the noida office,the person took all the details from me n said will call bak in an hour to confirm but i hvnt received any calls from the noida office either. I've paid Rs50 and was told the courier will reach on Saturday last week but in vain. Please suggest on urgent basis. Thanks and Regards

We are regularly getting covers from all over India to Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh through your courier service and the name of our firm is Krishnappa Minerals, Krishnappa Nagar, near Railway Station, Kadapa. The complainant happens to be the younger brother of A. Sai Pratap 7 terms M.P from Loksabha and at Present The Steel Minister in Central Government.

On 3rd of September a Friday at 2.00 p.m our customer Champion Jointings Pvt., Ltd., Parsi Panchayat Lane, Andheri East has given our cover to your courier collecting boy which contains a draft of `200000. The said company gave clear instructions to your collecting person that it should be sent on top priority and on that day you received 25 covers business from M/S Champion Jointings Pvt., Ltd. Inspite of all the specific instructions the Andheri East branch with telephone no’s 022-32961741 & 28221217 forwarded our cover only on 4th Saturday.
HOW CAN SUCH DELAY OF 24 HRS HAPPEN? Since we have not received the cover today which would have come by DTDC courier service or Speed Post. We were totally upset and disappointed. We put in hectic efforts from morning 11 a.m to trace out where our cover was and the booking Andheri East office gave the docket no. as V.T.L-109210090. After one hour of persuasion the booking branch gave the customer complaint no. in Mumbai as 022-40258200 to 402558220. We made atlest 30 calls to these no’s. and some lady would pick-it up and no proper response was given. We once again contacted Andheri East office and they gave a different docket no. V.T.L-109210080. After 2 hrs of customer complaint no response we were able to get hyd no’s which are 040-66621153, 40196078, 27812400, 27812600 and one Mr. Ajith kumar was to be contacted. We contacted all the Hyderabad no’s but no proper response and despite our several pleadings with lady operators we were not given the cell no. of Mr. Ajith Kumar who was out of your office. We were asked to contact one Miss. Shama on 040-27813344 but we could never contact her. Later we were asked to contact one Mr. Wilson and this person also never came on line we had kept one of our office staff Mr. Balaji from 9.30am to 4.00 Pm without having any lunch begging your Kadapa branch office 08562-242933 and cell no.9347443215 to trace out our cover but nothing was done despite repeated requests. Please let us know what action you will take on all the above persons whose telephone no’s and cell no’s have been mentioned above. If you are not going to take any action we will shift our business to some other courier service. If you are really efficient and wish to expand your business you will reply to our mail and immediately trace out where our cover is and our postal address is Krishnappa Minerals, Krishnappa Nagar, Near Railway Station, Kadapa-516004

my driving license was dispatched form SDM office on 30 June 2010 by speed post (EH223347108IN). But till today i have not received it. i have concern five time from SDM office. they are saying that post office will reply for the status after that we can do anything. i have registered the complain in SDM office on 06 Aug 2010. but till today post office have not reply anything. i have visited to post office five time also. but they are doing nothing. they are saying that it is duty of that person which is absent that day. every time this person is different. i have called india post customer care, their internet is not working from last few weeks. very poor service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
