A courier bearing consignment number - " HYD25356505 " was sent through The Professional Couriers from Hyderabad on 22.11.11 for Bilaspur at the address, C.M.P.D.I, RI-V, SECL Complex, Bilaspur in my name (Dr. T. K. Bandyopadhyay), but unfortunately, I have still not received that. The status as on date is “In Transit". The tracking details in their website shows:

On this regard, whenever I talked to their office at Bilaspur, I have been told for last three days that it would reach to me without any more delay. For this matter I talked their Hyderabad office and thereafter Raipur Office. Today when I talked to Mr. Sony, Incharge Bilaspur Office, he said that “We don’t deliver to your address”. Then I said why did you accept the consignment when you don’t deliver service and I have no option but to report to Consumer Court. Mr Soni said that ‘Consumer Court bohut dekh liya, Jo karna hai kiziye’ (We have seen number of consumer court complain, whatever you like to do , you do). It has been 14 days since it was sent to Bilaspur Office and now I have been informed that it won’t be delivered to my address. I regret to say that it is the most pathetic courier service I have ever come across and kindly request you to take actions against "THE PROFESSIONAL COURIERS SERVICE".
