I, Dinanath Baviskar, sent a parcel containing Property Documents to Amalner (Dist.Jalgaon-Maharashtra) on 15 Oct 2011. While I was making payment for the parcel I told again and again to deliver the parcel on or before 18 Oct 2011. They said that the parcel will be delivered on 17 only, i should not worry about it as they have daily service on the same route.

Now I am calling that office since 10am but no one is picking up the call even on mobile.

Before calling them I found that the receipt given by them doesnot contain any phone number except customer care number and which is also not responding.

Also the web site TPC not mentioned proper numbers of their franchissees, the number they shown for the concerned franchisee is in use by another person and he scolded me as I made call to him.

I am very panic as the parcel have my precious documents of property.

Guide me how to get them back, as no one is availble from company. I have alos logged complaint at their portal but no reply.

Please help me out.
