Sir,
I have applied for subscription for Reader's Digest in April 2011. My subscription number is 11-RDNC10-RD11000883527/0-1204. After that one letter came which said that my subscription has been accepted and soon I will receive a VPP parcel containing a free gift which I have to take after paying postman Rs.472.
So when the VPP parcel came within a week, I gave the postman Rs.472 and took the parcel. It contained a stupid book which I do not need. However I am still awaiting starting of my subscription. It has been two months since I gave the money. I didn't receive any single intimation from Reader's Digest.
I have also sent a mail regarding this to them. Even then they have not responded.
Kindly help me as I don't know where to put my grievances.
