Sub : Complaint against non delivery of consignment even after 12 days and lack of response from Safexpress services

Sir,

This is Gyanendra Nath Mishra, they are not deliver my courier (Way bill no. 26630219 Mumbai - Delhi, dated 11 July 2011, Consignor- Prashant Wagh, Mumbai, Consignee- Gyanendra Nath Mishra) which have one box and one bag.i am still waiting for the consignment to be delivered. No response has come till date then i called so many times to customer care and talking diffient people the always give me one more no. and says talk on this no. but when i called that no. they giove another no. etc ,

1 st time they told me i was not receive the courier
2 nd time , u recieve the courier with 1 hour, after one hour again i call back then they said, office has moving from this place to anothe so u get the courier tomorrow( 21, july), but no delivery had come. after that i again called and talk to them . they told me some problem in the hub so courier is sended by manually. after waiting 2 hour again i called , they said they call back of my my cell, but they not do the call and not deliver the courier. and now when i called they was not picked my phone.

Now i am feeling helpless..

You are the last hope of mine. Kindly confirm what actin can be taken against them and the process for the same. Please help me out at your level so that i can receive my courier. I will be grateful to you.

Pls register my grievance as I am mentally and physically tired with followups with Safexpress courier.
