This is to bring to your kind notice that I had hired Sahara Pick Pack and Move (Khasra No. 338/2, N.H. 8, near Celebration Garden, Opp. I.G.I. Airport, Mahipalpur, New Delhi Pin Code - 110037) for delivering my Black Pulsar- DL6SV 7866 from Delhi to Chennai on 17th June. They had charged Rs. 2600/- for this service and had promised to deleiver it with in 10 days. But much to my dismay, my bike has still not being deleivered and all my attempts to know about my bike have gone in vain. They have been continuously making fraudulent promises to me and none of them has been fulfilled.
Now, they are not even picking my phone up and any attempt to contact them is not yielding any result. Kindly help me out in tracing my bike.

I faced a similar condition with Fedex cargo. I have filed a case on them & have asked for a compenation of Rs. 2 lakh, after receiving the notice they are calling me daily to take back the case & settle it out of court.
Earlier i used to call them 10 times a day..

Now a bit of another side. They gave me the excuse that the manager had an accident & has broken his arm so he was not able to pick the phone. Now i have made sure that the manager do have a broken arm. I have broken his both hands & now he is in hospital.

I dunno whether you would go for second option or not but do go for first definitely

This is to inform you that I had hired Sahara Pick Pack and Move, 338/2, NH 8, Near Celebration Garden, Opposite IGI Airport, Mahipalpur, New Delhi 110037, for relocation from Bangalore to New Delhi wide receipt no. 1167 dated 30/10/10. While booking I was told about the prompt and finest services offered by them. I was told that I would be eligible for 15-day free godown charges. However, while delivering the calculated the transition time (7 days) and charged 1500 on 19 November. Not only this they changed my brand new inverter battery with the old one, lost one carton, and one mattress. After complaining, they told that they have found the battery and the mattress and that I will be receiving battery and mattress next day. Unfortunately, even after calling many times a day to their Delhi and Bangalore office, these goods have not been delivered to me till today (4 December 2010). Every time I call them they came with only one assurance that my good will be delivered today or tomorrow. This tantamount to deficiency in service and mental harassment. I am left with no other choice but to seek legal remedy. Kindly help.

Anyone seeking relocation must prepare themselves to meet the consequence before hiring SAHARA PICK PACK AND MOVE.

I transfered my household on 25th Dec-2010 and lots of valuable things are missing and they have shifted my articles at 11PM in night.

Pathetic service I am going to take legal action against them.

They are fraud please don't use there service as lots of valuable things are missing till date. Thay have n't returned it back even they claim it is first time happened we will give you all articles back to you.

I hired Sahara Pick Pack (invoice no. 1328 dtd 3rd Feb, consignment note no. 2084) to shift my household things and car from Delhi to Kolkata. I agreed on paying the charges as quoted by them. I was
really happy with the professional attitude and behavior of the staff. I relied on the safety and security of my materials and delivery in good condition. But, when the things arrived in Kolkata, I was
shocked to see the condition of the goods. The furniture went through a terrible handling as every furniture was damaged, few are in little amount and few furniture are badly damaged. In good faith, I did
not charge them anything and thought that this is a general thing. I paid them the full amount immediately. The next day my car arrived with a huge dent in it, which was temporarily repaired and painted.
I could not even claim insurance for that. I was told by the Sahara staff that they will pay me whatever charges it requires to fix that dent. I did but nothing came from their part. Next big thing was, two
speakers were stolen from my Yamaha home theatre system pack. When I found out, I immediately reported that to the company. They said they will ask their staff and will call me back. But till date,
nothing happened as usual and now they are not picking my phone. It is almost 3 weeks now and still there are no response. I want them to bear the cost for repairing the damaged car and get two
speakers for my home theatre which are stolen.
