I sent my Consignments (number 1017 and 1018) from Gurgaon to Jaipur and Mumbai on 05/11/2011 by Sahara Relocation India. Owner of Sahara Relocation India Mr. Pawan himself came to my house in gurgaon to take my consignments. He claimed to deliver my consignments with in week times with maximum time of 15 days. However, it has been a mental and physical harassment till date (25/11/2011). My consignments is not yet delivered. Every day when i call him then Mr Pawan says that he has sent the Mumbai consignment and he will send consignment to Jaipur tomorrow. Now i moved to Mumbai and i got neither of consignments. Today he started using abusive language and told me to destroy my consignment either putting those to fire or otherwise. I am totally pissed off from this service and worried about my consignments. I want strict action against him such that these kind of organizations will be either closed down or deliver what they commit. I will also go to police station for FIR. Please do the necessary action against them.

I am Rahul Bansal and I request you to suggest me what action i need to take Sahara Relocation India, a Packaging and Transporting Service Provider based in Gurgaon.

Last month, I wanted to relocate my consignments (having books, cloths and some electronics and Kitchen appliances) from Gurgaon to Mumbai and Jaipur as I was moving out of Gurgaon to join work in Mumbai. I searched on Internet and found information about Sahara Relocation India. I called Mr. Pawan Kumar of Sahara Relocation India as per information provided on the site on Sahara Relocation India on 5th of November.

Mr. Pawan promised me to deliver my consignments in Jaipur and Mumbai in 5 days and 15 days respectively. Once the pricing is done on phone, he arrived at my rented home 822, sector 22B, Gurgaon, Haryana at around 6 PM on 5th of November, 2011. He came in Small Luggage Carrier. Its number was DL 1L 7853. I handed over my consignments to him. He provided me Consignment Note of number 1017, 1018 and a packaging list containing details of items for the my Jaipur consignment. He also gave me receipt of Rs. 6800/- including tax.and LR charges. Receipt number is 1069.

After all promises are done and consignments are taken away from my home in gurgaon, i moved to Mumbai and waited for my consignment to arrive. However, even after 20 days, i received none of my consignments nor any communication from Mr. Pawan or Sahara Relocation India on status of delivery. Then i had to make call to him and got to know that even after 22 days, he didnt take any action and my consignments were lying in Sahara Relocation India's godown.

He kept on promising me that my consignment will be delivered next day and when i insisted to know real status of my stuffs then he started abusing me and my family members. He used all kind of vulgar language and asked me Rs 3000 more to deliver my stuff. He warned me that he will destroy my Consignments in such case. However, next day on Sunday 27th of November, 2011 he delivered my consignment of Jaipur but one item was missing. Yadav Transport which delivered my Jaipur Consignment told me and my family in jaipur that he was given only 8 items and he delivered 8 items. However, there were 9 items in consignment to jaipur. Later after persistent call to Mr. Pawan, I got to know that he never gave 9th Item of Jaipur Consignment to Yadav transport to deliver. He actually wished to recovered 3000 Rs from that 9th items. It is a true case of burglary and forgery.

On the other hand, I am yet to receive my consignment to Mumbai. He has been telling me from 22nd of November that my consignment will be delivered next day and i have been waiting and calling him to know information about it. Today he provided me telephone number of driver of Kamini Transport which is 9311824716. This number is switched off since morning. Mr Pawan is now not picking my call too and if at all pick then he start abusing.

In such a situation, I want to file FIR against him and lodge a case against him for forgery and burglary and running an illegal business. He is also blackmailing his customers and abused his customers and their family members at earliest. I request you to do investigation against Sahara Relocation India.

Sahara Relocation India has been owned by Mr Pawan Kumar. Kindly help me and customer like me who feel helpless once they handover their consignments to deliver at various locations within India and outside.
