We utilized the services of the Sai chaterjee group relocation to move from cox town to hbr layout on 31st march 2011 - Bangalore. The time they were suppose to come to ur house was @ 7 a.M. Around 11 pm in the night their marketing manager Mr. Maaz contact # 7899020851( 9535579300 – this one doesn’t work ) calls up’s & tells they cannot come @ 7 am, it was too late for me to look for another packer ( I wanted to escalate this to his superiors & asked for their numbers but he refused to do so ) , so I agreed to their timing, Maaz said that they will come by ten am. But the time they arrived was 1 pm . All our plans to enter the new house before evening went down the drain because of their unprofessionalism. We couldn’t empty all the cartons in our new house as interior work was still going on, Maaz said if we could pay a deposit of Rs. 40 per carton we can keep the cartons & when they are empty it will be collected. We paid a sum of Rs 1000 as refundable deposit & they left. Now from past 15 days I’M trying to get him to take the cartons but every time he is making some or the other excuses. Yesterday (4th may 20011) he said he is on his way to pick the cartons we waited till 11 pm but he never turned up. I tried calling him multiple times but he never picked up my calls. Now he continuously disconnects my calls. I wonder if Maaz is doing this on his own or Mr. Chaterjee is aware of his doings. No numbers are available of the company other than that of Mazz. I also believe that all the feedback in yellow Pages & other sites are posted by them . Just by wearing a similar T Shirt with Co name written on it, they think they are professionals, but they need to understand that above everything else they should have Business Ethics.
It’s better you form a gang & start to Mug/loot people ( instead of mugging them indirectly )
Wake up Mr Chaterjee & provide your contact # in your website & elsewhere so that people can let you know what your staff is up to, that is if you don’t believe in such practice. ( Assuming you are in this Business from past 30 years )
I looked all over the net to get contact number of Ashim Chaterjee, but was not successful. I even sent an Email to Times Movers & packers as the same name was listed in contact person for bangalore, within 5 minutes that name was removed & it was changed to Sujit Banerjee.
I don’t want others to be cheated like me, hence posting this. Final decision will be yours anyway. If you want peace of mind stay away.

There is a new development on this that I would like to share with the readers. After reading the review in "Mouth Shut" the packers ( here Mr. Maaz ) called me up & said they will refund the money & asked me to remove this post, & prior this Mr. Maaz tried to threaten us by saying he knows where we stay & he will do this & do that. He also stated that the owners have been deducting money from his salary coz of loss of business they had due to this review. He told me that he will come & pick the cartons & 2 days & refund the money .( He told since I’ve waited for so long, please wait for another 2 days ). But again they are back to the old tactics. When I called up after 2-3 days, again he disconnected my call. This shows tey they never had any intention of returning the money. They have changed their website address. If you look up in Sulekha for Sai Chaterjee Grup Relocation, 2 listings pop up with 2 different address. The website address has been changed to Welcome The Noble Relocations. I have sent an email to the properitior of this group, but haven’t heard from them. ( not sure how they are related .) Now a new number has been listed 9945355571. Looks like they have been busy updating numbers. The numbers that I have are 9535579300, 7899020851, 9341091991 . So be ware of there frauds .I’m contemplating whether to file a police complain or not.

The person with telephone number 7899020851 is Maaz. For my home shifting, he came to my home three days in advance and gave an invoice and took Rs 1200 as advance. On the day of shifting, no one from his company turned up. His mobile phone was also not reachable. Later i had to manage the home shifting on my own thru some other packers & movers. I have been calling him ever since to get my money back but he has been avoiding my calls and i still have not received my money. So please be aware of such rogues. Their landlines do not work and the so called website also does not exist.
