I will like to inform you that this is my last Email in regard to the theft and damage of the goods made by Sahara packers and movers. It is high level of unprofessional behaviour shown by the sahara team on a whole.



I WILL BE FILLING THE FIR ON 2ND JAN 2012 WITH POLICE AND ALSO CASE IN CONSUMER COURT FOR THE SAME AS 31 ST AND 1ST ARE OFF. as i can take no more delays wrt my legal options,and as informed by your dissatisfied customer this is the best option to deal with your team..



I am really supprised how peoples can make so many false promises. Thanks for all the HORRIBLE experiences which i had with your team.....



AND DONT THINK THIS AT THIS IS FALSE STATEMENT FROM MY END.PROOFS WILL BE WITH YOU ON MONDAY

Dear Sir/Madam



I am Abhishek Singh one of the customer of Sahara Movers and packers,I have used the services of sahara Movers and Packers for the transfer of my complete household goods from Bangalore to Chandigarh/Mohali the relocation of goods started on 08 Dec 2011.



I have received the goods today i.e 24 Dec 2011 and maximum of my goods where in damaged condition or in poor condition. The major damaged item has been as below:-



1.Double Bed:-Completely damaged cannot be repaired,



2.Friedge:-Refrigerator front door completely damaged.



3.Exercise Machine:-Front sccren damaged and complete electrical wiring damaged.



4.Clothes:-all wet and effected from fungus....



5.Motorcycle:-Helmet stand broken....



I would also like to inform that it is resembling to me that there is steeling of some of the items of lower vales such as NEW packed bed sheet ,etc.



As far as damaged goods are concerned i have already given the writing to the concerned person at the spot, he verified and confirmed for the same would also be going to put a case for the same in consumer forum....



As fas as theft is concern, i am going to put an FIR with Chandigarh police, as per discussion with legal experts, request you to please confirm the name of person/it should be in the name of Company.....



Also tell the level Escalation for the same..
