I have been waiting for reverse pick of my courier (a faulty product sent by ShoppersStop).

I have been waiting for reverse pick up since 7th October and my refund from shoppers stop depends on this.ShoppersStop have refund policy within 14 days and this PATHETIC ARAMEX courier service people never turned up to pick up. Today it has been over 12 days. When I spoke to Rajesh Pai (name as told to me by ARAMEX customer "care" service agent) he AGAIN asked me to hold for few more days.
The worst experience is when ARAMEX helpline asked me to be on hold DAILY (Yes i have been calling them daily) for at least 7-10 minutes.
They also asked me for an alternate address!! Wonder how can a person shift their address for the "reverse pick-up".
Apart from ARAMEX , ShopperStop also is worthy to take up some space here. There toll free helpline is of no use. They never sent prompt replies to my queries regarding refund/ reverse-pickup. I could have sent the courier on my behalf but have been occupied with work 24*7.
It is utterly frustrating how we customers are harassed by e-retail companies and their logistic partner Courier Services.
