I had booked 18 packages of house hold items from Gurgaon to Puducherry through Allied Lumier Movers & Packers on 16th June,2011 vide docket no. 220. On 7th July,2011 I received only 12 packages of materials. When I called the transporters Gurgaon office I was told that I will be paid cash against short supplied material. I was told to give my a/c details to effect transfer of money but till date I have not received any thing i.e. neither material nor cash. At present the transporter is not responding to my letters / mail & call. It seems he is not bothered
