Hi,

I had packed my goods with Shree Balaji Transport Co. which is situated at Thane. My goods had to reach within a week period to Bangalore; but it didn't reach in the said period as usual behaviour by most of thr transporters. Finally after lots of follow up it reached to my dorr by one more bangalore connected courier service provider.

I had packed initially 3 big cartoon boxes and which reached me in medium 3 cartoon boxes. At the time of delivery they had not mentioned weight; rather no. of boxes in bill. During acceptance without my knowledge of the frauds which they have done i signed receiving 3 boxes.

When i opend it lots of goods were missing (e.g my files; dresses; new VIP bags; New shoes and Sandles; Copper bottom and non stick vessels etc).

I had been following up from May'2011 till date for the same; and finally last month they agreed to payback the money for the loss. They had requested me to send the letter which they can forward the same to their Head office. I done the same; but now they are not responding me saying the person who told you to send the letter had left the company. I contacted more than 100 times and dealt with 2-3 people.

It would be great if you could please help me in this regard.
