The Company shifted my house hold goods from Delhi to Kolkata on 30.09.10. We have received the goods at kolkata on 10.09.10. At that time we informed the packer that some valuable goods were received in damaged condition. After that I have made repeated request to send their representative to assess the quantum of damage; but unfortunately till today no body has turned up.
