I want to shift my household items from chennai to cbe. One of the guys from this packers visited my house and gave the quotation as Rs 7200 by checking all the items.Next day he sent the guys for packing. 7-8 guys came for packing. After packing all the items , they said the bill is 13000. The guy who gave the quoataion was not there..and in the quotation there was a column which says tax and insurance extra. He argued that I shud have seen that and now he can do anything about that. If I have to unload he will charge 5K.So I have to give 13K for shifting.
Also the service is very bad and when the goods reached coimbatore it was not in great condition.

I need to know whether I can get any help.
