This is to request you that i have send the PH.D form of bits Pilani ,Rajasthan from the speed post dated on 03/12/2011 but they delivered it late on between 9/12/2011 to 10/12/2011 and last date for the admission is 5/12/2011 due to late delivery of my documents from speed post , i am not able to enroll myself for the Ph.D in this semester.
I contacted the college office for checking my application status on 5th dec and it was not delivered.I got rejection letter on 14 th dec from bits pilani stated that your form is not submitted due to late delivery and my submission cancelled,then i contact to toll free number of speedpost they said it the negligence of speed post authority of Lucknow Jurisdiction .
Kindly take the strict action against Indian post/Speed post authority and help me out..
