I have send a mobile phone through speed post on 30th sep.from cochin(kerala) to tonk(rajasthan but not yet received to the distination. I have given complaint to the speed post centre, cochin,but they says it might have been lost and they can given only double the speed post charge.
I request you to give a solution

my driving license issued by transport authority mayur vihar phase i, delhi and sent by regd post vide ed 9838660471n has not been delivered yet. I have been constantly been contacting post office at kalyanpuri, vasunthara and parparganj post offices and no response from their side.

Kindly register my complaint and get me the driving licence immediately.
