I transported my Bike from New Delhi to Bangalore. As per their promise they were suppose to deliver it in 4 to 5 days but they took 15 days for transporting.When i always called them, they told me that my bike will reach in 2-3 days and they also told me that the truck in not fully loaded so they can't dispatch luggage from Delhi till the truck got fully loaded. I paid them the required amount of 5500(which was 500 Rs more that initially commented by them).
They also promised door to door delivery.

When the vehicle reached Bangalore, they denied to deliver the vehicle at home. They told me to come to their office and take delivery from there.When i reached there they told me to pay the amount first, then only they will show my bike to me.I paid total amount of transportation.After that when they gave my bike to me, i can't believe that this is my bike.The bike was totally damaged.Its petrol tank, headlight glass cover, battery side cover, exhaust pipe, footrest, seat is totally damaged and everywhere scratches on bike.

After that when i called transporter in Delhi, he told me that they are not responsible for the damage and they can't help me.He told me that i have to claim from insurance company for all damage and he denied for the reimbursement. No one was ready to listen me and he was talking to me very rudely after all this.They don't even know how to deal with customers.This is worst service i have ever seen in my life.

I have never seen thick skin people in my life. They do not adhere to their promise and I believe worst packers and movers in the World..

I believe they must be punished for this offense as I am sure I am not the only one who is suffering from this behavior.I request you to take toughest action against these corrupted business owners.
