I was to recieve 2 cartons of chocolate weighing 27 kg in all with the docket number '457722012' dated 7 june 2010 from ooty.i recieved the shipment on time .we opened the first carton and used it.the product was satisfactory.there was no damage.but when we were finished with the first carton,we opened the second carton,and were shocked to see that the cartons seal was opened and the chocolates were missing(almost 5 kg in all) and some of the packets were torn openand eaten and then resealed with a different tape.on checking further we found that the seal from the sides was also tampered with and resealed with a different insulation tape.when i contacted the head office,one of the employees agreed that the problem occured in bangalore ,and told me to speak to her senior officer ms prasanna.on contacting her she told me to send a written complaint regarding the issue,which i have done.because of the theft commited by their employees in bangalore,i had to suffer a loss of almost rs 3000/-till date i have neither received any reply from the company nor have i recieved any call from them.i would request you to look into the matter and take necessary action against the company for committing theft/fraud and breaching the trust of the customer.i want them to compensate for the loss.i am providing you with the addresss & tel.numbers of the company.
