One courier was sent by my son, Sanjiv Kumar Agarwal, C/O Dozco (India) Pvt. Ltd., Plot No.243, Block - D, Industrial Development Park, Auto Nagar, Visakhapatnam - 530 012, AP vide Consignment note no.948176 dt.08.06.2011 through First Flight Courier to me at Devi Prasad Agarwal, Flat No.3, 1st Floor, "Klasscon Amin", No.30, Gangaiamman Koil Street, Vannathurai, Thirvanmiyur, Chennai - 600 041 having Sodexo meal pass worth Rs.2600/-. But I have received the empty envelop having some blank papers in the courier and courier sleal the Sodexo pass. I request your goodself to please arrange to lodge a complain against the courier and arrange for an early order to refund my money.

I Have Sent one Courier Consignment no 222301124 From Blazeflash Courier ( Kothrud Branch, Pune) to Jabalpur (MP) on dated 16-July-2011,
the Courier Contain one Mouth-organ Worth Rs/-2000 Above, the consignment was neatly fully packed with Both proper address, at the delivery Time
the Branch Reception person told me it will reach jabalpur on Wednesday (20-July-2011), hence this was urgent so i continue in track with internet
on 20th July-2011, it shows out of delivery Area, when i contact Jabalpur Branch they told me it received in branch and will deliver today itself,
on 21st July-2011 again when i contact jabalpur Branch they told me due to heavy rain it not deliverd we will delivered today, from 20 to 23 july
i called blazeflash jabalpur branch 19 to 21 time still they told me rain reason, when i complaint in head-office delhi they assure me it will deliverd
on 23rd July Saturday, when at evening it was deliverd and my friend try found the consignment it already cut mark on above and tapped which shows is already opened by anyone, still the waight of parcel was less when friend open it instead of Mouth organ their was one Nokia Charger in them. i'm confident sure that parcel was open in jabalpur branch because 20 to 23rd july it was in jabalpur branch
