I have bokked my goods with TATA Packers from Pune to Ghaziabad.
They told that goods will reach in 4 to 5 days. Its been 21 days still they are saying that in one or two days I will get my goods. Goods containing Computer, Household items and some urgent documents. Yesterday while talking to the concern person, I told that if they are not going to send goods then I am going to lodge a complain. Then they told that Truck full of goods is missing from Gurgaon. I think they are lieing. They have cheated me.
I want to ask, where should I lodge FIR for missing my goods, in Pune or in Ghaziabad.
Please help me.
