Dear Sir,

I had purchased a Sony Digicam DSC2000 order from Times of india on 30 may 2010. I received my order through TNT courier on 3rd june 2010. At the time of delivery the delivery boy charged me Rs 256.00 which was not our bill. It was a challan of ARORO with the product name as Sewing machine. As i was in hurry i paid him Rs 256.00 and later when i checked it was found that it was someone elses challan. I called TNT 1800 425 9999 and i spoke with smita sawant about this issue and she asked for the scanned copy of the challan. I sent her the details of the challan and i got a call later on 8th june that in next 20 days i will receive a cheque for the same amount. I did not received any cheque from them till date. I called many times tnt asking for my money but they refused. And they asked me to give the original challan to the delivery boy sent by them again. Now they are not ready to pay me the money. They have done fraud with me. Please do something of these people. I have mails from them and scanned copies of the challan. I have all the proves. Please help me out.
