On 26/10/2010, a courier containing crucial document was sent through Track On courier (consignment no 213189939) to me (Baga, Goa) from Bangalore (Greenpeace office, Richmond Road)
After 1 whole week, on 2/11/2010, the courier is yet to reach me.
Meanwhile, my loss is irrepairable. I have lost the opportunity to represent India at a global media summit because the courier had documents necessary for obtaining a visa. Now the date for application is over.
Contacting the office was difficult. Most numbers on net are obsolete. There is no email id. The company site doesn't accept complaints (shows under construction.
From Bangalore to Goa it's a mere 13-hour journey by bus. 1 hour by flight.
