I have send two couriers via trackon. One to Delhi with a Kurta & a box of chocolate. Another one to Kolkata with some light wall hanging to decore home. While sending they assured my stuff will reach within 3 days safe. Sending date was 27/9/2011.
The courier to Delhi reach after 5 days & no chocolate was there is the box. And today is 17/10/2011 the courier to Kolkata didnt reached at all.
I have followed up with Pune local officials of Trackon named Sachin Kale (Ph no : 9049053929). He seems not at all bothered by this mishap by his company. Don't even attend the phone politely.
